Darlene Patient Care Coordinator

Darlene brings over 30 years of experience in dental care and administration to Olive Street Dental. She graduated from the Dental Assisting and Reception program at Career Canada College in 1996 and holds a Certificate in Dental Practice Management from the University of Toronto.

With a passion for supporting patients every step of the way, Darlene is dedicated to making each visit smooth and stress-free. Whether she’s answering questions, coordinating appointments, or explaining treatment plans, she believes in creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels like part of the Olive Street Dental family.

Known for her warm personality, professionalism, and attention to detail, Darlene takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and confident from the moment they walk through the door. She looks forward to building long-lasting relationships in the Grimsby community and helping every patient enjoy a positive dental experience.
